Within the Qdime Group there are four Property Management Companies, trading independently and working across the south of England and Wales.

We also have a firm of solictiors specialising in Property Law, together with a specialised department for debt recovery.
About Qdime
The Qdime Group was born in 2010. During that year Qdime Limited, a property investment company, acquired two businesses to begin the dream of creating a one-stop ‘residential property’ focused group. The two businesses they acquired that year were Hazelvine Limited, a firm of residential managing agents, operating across the south of England and into Wales, and R S Cameron Legal Services Limited, a specialist debt recovery company.
In 2011 Qdime made one of its dormant subsidiaries active. Q1 Professional Services Limited started offering a Service Charge Accounts preparation service, ready for the final review by external accountants. It now also offers Company Secretarial, Health & Safety and Surveying services.
In 2012 Qdime purchased another property management business, Castleford (Poole) Limited, which as the name suggests operates in and around the Poole area in Dorset. The company continues to operate as an independent company, not part of an enlarged property management business, as it serves a very specific, local market.
2012 was also a momentous year for R S Cameron. The company changed its name to Allsquare Legal Limited, and made a successful application to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) to obtain a Licence to trade as an Alternative Business Structure (ABS). With effect from 1 January 2013 Allsquare became a firm of solicitors, fully registered by the SRA. We are proud that Allsquare Legal Limited was the first multi-disciplinary organisation to be awarded an ABS licence in the UK.
The group expanded its core residential property management business still further by acquiring Gem Estate Management Limited in November 2014. Based in Letchworth, Gem manages property across the south of England. As with Castleford, the business continues to trade in its own name offering its own personal style of management to its clients. Qdime have continued on, to acquire Fell Reynolds based in Folkestone and Quadrant based in Hammersmith, London.
The residential management businesses continue to operate in their own right, but the accounting function for all three has now been centralised in Letchworth.
With the structure of the Group as it is, Qdime can offer a complete property management solution, from start to finish, or just the specific part of the service that a client may require.

ALLSQUARE LAW
Solicitors
We are a firm of solicitors specialising in Property Law, Litigation & Dispute Resolution together with a specialised department for Debt Recovery. Castleford
Property Management
Castleford Management offers a property management service across Dorset, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight to nearly 200 blocks of flats. Most of Castleford’s existing portfolio is located within the Bournemouth/Poole conurbation, so we have an intimate knowledge of the area. We manage a complete range of properties including prestigious developments on the East Cliff and West Cliff in Bournemouth, in Westbourne, Poole Town centre and around Poole harbour and Sandbanks.
We are experienced at managing multi-use developments including retail and office units. We also manage select apartments in the heart of Poundbury, a community on the edge of Dorchester and which was inspired by HRH The Prince of Wales.

fELL rEYNOLDS
Chartered Surveyors
Fell Reynolds are a multi-disciplined practice with three offices in the south east and with property managers local to the properties we manage further afield.
Our surveyors have many years’ experience, managing both commercial properties including shopping centres, industrial estates, offices and residential properties including large purpose built blocks of flats, many with in excess of 100 units. We also manage smaller blocks including converted properties.
Property management is a specialist field and requires a breadth of in-house knowledge, covering a wide range of skills including budgeting, accounts, insurance, payroll and placing a wide range of contracts for lifts, gardeners, cleaners etc.

Quadrant
Quadrant Property Management Ltd is an independent company specialising in both the management of blocks of flats and estates, and the management of individual flats and houses. They operate in areas such as Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge and the West End. Established over 20 years ago they manage over 300 buildings and 3,000 units.
